Tom Reilly, CEO

Tom Reilly is one of the true pioneers of professional services in Asia. He established the first offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in China in 1999. This multi-client center now provides real-time remote support to companies in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. Tom's work has been profiled by Business Week, Wall Street Journal, Outsourcing News, The Economist, China Daily, CFO Asia, Times of India, Australian Financial Review, Reuters, as well as industry whitepapers and analyst reports

Tom served as the CEO of Capgemini Business Services (Asia), after leading the purchase of OneResource Group by Capgemini ASA. Prior to that, he served as the COO of OneResource Group from 1999 to 2003. In 1998, Tom was among a small group of executives from Ernst & Young and Jardine Matheson who launched OneResource Group Ltd., a fast growing outsourcing company in Asia Pacific.

Tom joined Ernst & Young Consulting in New York in 1994, where he focused on implementing financial service centers for clients in the United States, including American Express and Metlife Insurance. Tom moved to Hong Kong in 1998, while helping to launch OneResource Group Ltd. a fast growing accounting services spin-off from Ernst & Young.

Tom also spent a year helping Microsoft Corporation with a global overhaul of its finance and procurement support structure. Tom is a frequent speaker and author in the international business community and serves on the Boards of Directors for both private and non-profit organizations.  Tom also serves on the Strategic Advisory Committee for a prefecture-level city in China.

Witman Hung, Executive Vice-President

Witman is a co-founder of Next Horizon and is responsible for its business in Asia. His experience includes Director of Jardine One Solutions, in charge of their outsourcing business and Hong Kong Country Manager for Atos Origin, the largest European IT service provider. He had orchestrated the large outsourcing contact of Atos with LG Philips Displays and the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong. He also managed the Wellcome Delivers outsourcing project of Dairy Farm. Witman began his career in outsourcing in 1997 when he was a manager with the Outsourcing Practice of AT&T Solution. He managed the Asia Pacific Business Transition for the 1 billion dollar outsourcing project for Citicorp.

Witman has held a variety of positions in information technology, including MIS consultant for KPMG and also running his own consulting firm for 7 years. He had been heavily involved in designing buying office system for Pacific Dunlop and Mountain Rose, the buying office for Polo Ralph Lauren, and retail POS systems for retail chains in Hong Kong.

Diana Chiu, Vice President

Diana is the Vice President of Talent Development with Next Horizon. Her background in career counseling and professional services provide her with exceptionally relevant experience in recruiting, retaining, developing, and motivating people.

Early in her career, Diana held a variety of human resources positions with foreign corporations in Beijing. She later immigrated to the United States where she worked with the global outplacement consulting company, Drake Beam Morin Inc. While in the U.S. Diana earned a Master's Degree in career counseling from California State University. Diana returned to China in 1999 to become the Human Resources Manager of Capgemini Ernst & Young's outsourcing center in Guangzhou.





Tomas Ho, Director

Tomas is Director of Service Delivery at Next Horizon. Tomas held senior positions on some of the largest China-based outsourcing engagements ever undertaken.

Tomas's first role in outsourcing involved overseeing a Guangzhou-based delivery team providing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting for 12 production facilities for the electronics component manufacturer LG.Philips Displays. Tomas had overall responsibility for both transition and delivery for factories in Brazil, China, Hong Kong Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom.

Later Tomas led China-based finance & accounting outsourcing teams supporting global organizations such as Syngenta (agrichemicals), Dow Corning (chemicals), Johnson & Johnson (consumer products), and Avery Dennison (retail). He also ran mission critical supply-chain operations teams for companies such as Torvald Klaveness Group (maritime logistics) and CEVA Logistics (air freight and ocean freight).

Before starting his career in outsourcing, Tomas spent more than 18 years in the banking field, where he served in a variety of roles for several leading Portuguese banks in Macau and Guangzhou.





Cox Yang, Director

Cox is a Director and Operations Controller at Next Horizon. He has held senior positions in the finance departments of leading companies as well as leadership roles in China-base service outsourcing.

Early in his career with Next Horizon, Cox played a significant role during our engagements with Synovate (market research) and Adidas (consumer apparel). At Adidas, Cox spent a year as the on-site service and implementation manager during a transformational outsourcing initiative.

Cox gained his strong process analysis and improvement skills while serving as a senior finance executive for the Asian subsidiaries French consumer products giant Danone Group. At Danone, he was responsible for company strategy development, business analysis, and productivity project management for China, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Francis T. Hung

Francis T. Hung, Chairman of China Holiday Tours Ltd., brings his extensive China Network and operating experience to the Board of Directors of Next Horizon. Mr. Hung is the Founder and former MD of Land Tours Limited and has held the position of CEO of Eupo-Air (Jardine Matheson Company). Mr. Hung started his career with Pan Am Airlines in Asia and the USA.


Neoh K.C.

Neoh brings extensive leadership experience in Asia to Next Horizon. He is currently a Managing Partner with both Indachin Limited and Stream Global and Chairman of Catalyst Asia. Previously he was the CEO of Atos Origin Asia Pacific for over 10 years and was responsible for driving the business in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and India. Neoh also led IBM Consulting for the ASEAN Region and held senior positions at CSC Index and Accenture.


Steve Moore

Steve Moore, Director and Partner at Brixon Overseas, brings his extensive experience growing and running China-based business to the Board of Next Horizon. Steve has lived and worked in Asia for 23 years, focusing on China sourcing and retailing. Before joining Brixon in 1994, Steve held a key position within Liz Claiborne Inc. in both New York and Hong Kong.


Kee Wong

Kee Wong, is the Founder and Managing Director of e-CentricInnovations Pty. Ltd.. Kee brings his extensive experience in business and information technology consulting to the Board of Directors of Next Horizon. e-CentricInnovations Pty. Ltd., which he founded in 1999, specializes in providing strategic advice and systems integration services in e-Business and IT for large enterprises and government in Australia, New Zealand, the U.S. and South East Asia. Mr. Wong has worked for various multinational organizations including Hewlett Packard, Lotus and IBM as well as government organizations such as CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology.




Advisory Board

Tom Manning

Tom is an expert at building and connecting technology-driven businesses across Asia. During his 30 year career, he has served as Chairman & CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Asia Pacific; as senior partner and IT practice leader of Bain & Company; and in leadership roles with CSC/Index and McKinsey & Company. Tom currently serves as a board director for several preeminent Chinese public companies, including AsiaInfo, Bank of Communications and Gome. Named one of the world's top 25 business advisors by Consulting Magazine, Tom is a frequent commentator on Asia, globalization, and emerging technologies. His views have been published, quoted, or profiled in numerous publications, and he is a frequent speaker at events like the World Economic Forum. Tom is an honors graduate of Harvard University (A.B., East Asian Studies) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA). Fluent in Mandarin, Tom lives in Hong Kong and Silicon Valley.

Bob Neslund

Bob Neslund has 40 years of retail experience in both the United States and Asia Pacific. Bob is currently Senior Advisor for CCMP Asia and Managing Director of Scenarion International. Additionally, Bob participates on several senior advisory boards including Information Resources and LTL International. Bob retired in 2002 as Chief Operating Officer of Dairy Farm International. Previously, Bob held positions as CEO Retail Distribution for David's Ltd. Australia; CEO of Acme Markets and Senior VP-Marketing/Procurement at H.E. Butt Grocery Company. Bob started his retail career with Jewel Food Stores, Chicago.

Within the retail industry, Bob has served as a Director of the Food Marketing Institute and active member of CIES; Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, Chairman of Guangdong Saiyi Convenience Stores, and Chairman of One Resource Group, providing China-based outsourcing.

Mickey Austin

Mickey has lived and worked in Asia Pacific for 12 years. He is one of the co founders of Next Horizon and has over 26 years experience in outsourcing. Prior to Next Horizon Mickey lead business development for Accenture's financial services application outsourcing practice in Asia Pacific. He joined Accenture in September, 2004. Mickey's experience in outsourcing services includes application management, business process and infrastructure. Before joining Accenture Mickey was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for PCCW, the largest telecommunications and information technology company in Hong Kong. His main area of focus was growth in China. Previously, he joined Ernst & Young Consulting as a Partner in 1999 which was later acquired by Capgemini. He worked for CGE&Y until the end of 2002 where he was responsible for Asia Pacific outsourcing business in all industry sectors.

Mickey initially moved to Hong Kong in 1996 to be Asia Pacific head of financial industry services for EDS. Prior to Asia Pacific, Mickey was a national sales manager for outsourcing with EDS in the United States. In total, he worked at EDS for 18 years. Mickey began his career working for a major bank in Dallas, Texas.

Pierre Fenech

Pierre has over 21 years experience in financial services throughout Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Singapore and Australia. Pierre retired in March 2007 as COO of Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA). During his tenure at PCA Pierre also served as CEO of Prudential Services Asia where he led the establishment of regional offshore shared services for IT and various business processes. Prior to joining PCA in Hong Kong, Pierre was Chief General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Insurance Australia Group in Australia. Pierre also performed a variety of senior executive roles in Australia with NRMA Financial Services, Colonial Mutual Group, Legal & General Life and SGIC Life.

Caroline Lim

Caroline is an expert on global human resources issues in the services industry. Currently she is the Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs for PSA International where she is responsible for 22,000 staff across 18 countries. Previously Caroline was Vice President and Managing Director/Asia Pacific of HR for Capgemini, a global consulting and technology services firm. Prior to that, she was Vice President and Director of HR for Ernst & Young Global Client Consulting and also served on the Asia Pacific executive management team.

Max Lummis, PHD

Max joined Executive Access in 1993. He developed Executive Access's Commerce and Industry practice and later headed the Private Equity and Investment Banking practices. In 1997, he was named Chief Executive and Partner, and in 2003 he bought out the founder of the firm. Prior to joining Executive Access, he worked as a management consultant in Hong Kong. Max has spent more than 25 years in Asia, working in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Tokyo. Max graduated from the University of Michigan, U.S.A with a AB in Far Eastern Languages and AM and PhD degrees in Sociology (Demography). He is on the Board of the Hong Kong International School.

David Williams

David brings strong experience in finance and compliance as well as deep knowledge of the hospitality industry. David is currently the world-wide head of assurance and risk management for Peninsula Hotels. Previously Mr. Williams has held positions as the Group Financial Controller, Peninsula Hotels. His background also includes various positions in finance at Hyatt, Hilton, and Hong Kong Shanghai Hotels in Australia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and the United States.
